App Marketing Intelligence

Know exactly why your listing isn’t converting. Then fix it — with approval.

Paste a store link. AscendFlare reads the public listing, reviews and disclosures, benchmarks you against the apps shown beside you, and drafts copy sized to every field. Nothing publishes until you approve each change.

Sign in with an email link — no password, no store connection needed for the report. Works with apps.apple.com and play.google.com links.

The loop

Analyse. Review. Approve. Publish. Then advertise.

01

Submit a listing

One URL. We parse name, copy, screenshots, ratings, pricing, privacy disclosures and the competitor shelf.

02

Read the report

A readiness score, trust flags, competitive positioning, conversion gaps and a ranked action list.

03

Edit the drafts

Field-sized copy with live character counts. Approve or reject every recommendation on its own.

04

Publish with proof

Diff current vs. proposed, confirm per item, and get the real API status back. Every change is logged.

The report

Expert-level ASO without the agency retainer.

Every section is evidence-led: what the store shows, what your reviewers say, and what the apps beside you emphasise.

Open the dashboard
  • Listing readiness score

Ten weighted fundamentals — title, subtitle, description structure, creatives, rating, proof, freshness, privacy, pricing clarity.

  • Trust & compliance flags

Developer identity consistency, support contact domains, and disclosed data categories with no in-listing justification.

  • Competitive positioning

The “similar apps” shelf on your own page: their ratings, price, and the words they lead with that you don't.

  • Review theme mining

Recurring praise and complaints in recent reviews, with sentiment — the differentiators you should be claiming.

  • Conversion gaps

Generic copy, missing differentiators, weak creatives, thin proof, unexplained paywalls — each with evidence.

  • Ranked action list

“Must fix before spending on acquisition” separated from “nice to have”.

  • Drafted, field-sized copy

    Subtitle 30 · Promotional text 170 · Keywords 100 · Short description 80 · Description 4,000 — with live counts.

  • Legitimate review prompts

Timing and in-app copy that follow both stores' rules. No gating, no filtering, no incentives.

Approval-gated by design

Nothing ships without your explicit, itemised approval.

A wrong listing change can get an app suspended. So there is no “approve all” button, every publish shows a per-field diff and asks for a per-item confirmation, and the status you see is the status the store API returned.

Minimum scopes

Google Play: androidpublisher, listings only. App Store Connect: an API key you control, App Manager role.

Encrypted at rest

Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted, never logged, never sent to the browser, never in an exported report.

Immutable audit log

What changed, when, by whom, before and after — for every publish, including simulated ones.

Three tiers, built in order

Tier 1Available

Analysis

Read-only insight from public store data. No store connection needed.

Tier 2Available

Guided publishing

Connect your own developer accounts. Approve each edit. Publish via the official APIs.

Tier 3Available

Ads & content

Meta, Google and Apple Ads plus your MMP: creative studio, gated launches with a hard cap and a kill switch. And a content studio that renders on-brand posts from your listing and publishes them to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn — one approval at a time.
